LOVE these pics - especially watching Kiran grow year to year. Enjoyed the contrast of an Indian vs white Santa too :)

Does Santa come to your house?

And check you out: 3 miles!! Way to go!

Is that the same santa?? (in the last two pictures of course, I know that first one is different :) haha!) :)

I am so upset I never took Hazel to see the Indian Santa. I love the last pic - your girls are gorgeous!

Yes Santa comes to our house. He leaves one present and a stocking. The last two were taken at the same mall so yes its prob the same Santa. Oh Emily- taking Kiran to see the Indian Santa was one of the highlights of our time there. We went to the department store at Lajpat market. He wasn't much bigger than me and his belly was very square and boxy.
Last year J took Kiran on Christmas Eve because I had been so sick and tired that I never had the energy to take her.

Thanks Emu but I had to change it a bit. I did mapmyrun and it came out with 3 miles but I was running country roads with little markers. It seemed a little much since I finished in 30 min so we drove it today and it was 2.6mi. I'm still happy b/c its my furthest distance by far! I'll get to 3 miles soon!

I was going to ask if that was the same Santa in 2007 and 2008, but Andrea beat me to it. :) How fun!

Yep, it's the same guy. He said he's been there for 9 years (we had some time to chat while waiting to pay).

The Indian Santa was cool also because they just gave us a Polaroid photo.

I saw a book in B&N the other day that had nothing in it but kids who cried in santa's lap. very merry, huh?

did you know that the santa picture industry is worth BILLIONS of dollars a year? Like thiry billion, I think I read? crazy.
