... I read the Duggars book. They are the ones that have 18 kids. It makes Jonathan nervous when I read books like that. As Erin G says, "I have a crush on them."
... I don't know if you heard but Michael Jackson died and our governor confessed to an affair.
... Kiran has taken 2.5 and 3 hour naps in the afternoons. How to get a two year old to take her afternoon nap: lots of sun, sand and swimming.
... I started weaning Sienna. So far (one day in) it hasn't been as easy as it was with Kiran but that may be due to the teething, virus and sensitive stomach issues Sienna has. Pray for us- we need Sienna to start drinking the soy milk and not be fussy because of it!
... Sienna has started standing up by herself and taking a step or two! Its so exciting to watch. I just love this age.

How did you like the Duggar's book. I haven't read it but would like to know.
I weaned E at the beach. It was good b/c we were down to 1 or sometimes 2 feedings and it provided a nice distraction.
Naps...always happen at the beach. That sun & sand makes them so tired.

I enjoyed the Duggar's book. It was encouraging to read all the ways God has provided for them since they committed to not go into debt. The main thing I took away from it is that they have a system for everything. I don't have to use their system but I need to find one that works for me.
Is it bad that we just weaned down to three times a day and I leave for Hawaii in 12 days???

I've never heard of that book. The guy that did our premarital counseling and is a mentor of Brian's has 9 kids, I think Brian gets nervous sometimes when we talk with him! They have one starting college and one in diapers! Crazy. Don't know if I'm cut out for that but it sure sounds like fun too! Sorry the girls have been sick! No fun.
Erin H- poor Second Child Sienna. No video yet. And she started blowing kisses and I haven't gotten that one yet either.
