Usually we say the blessing "God is great, God is good...." before our meals. Kiran prays along with us getting some of the words right. Today I let her say her own blessing before lunch. She said,
God is great.

Amen.
I think that God probably enjoyed that prayer.

you know how adri tried doing the same thing to get a laugh at your house that day after y'all talked about kiran praying that way? well, ever since then if she hears someone say "pray", she says, "god is great. aaaamen." and then looks up at us to see if we're laughing at her. good grief.
