We are pretty much hibernating until the end of RSV season (beginning of April). We won't be taking the boys out in public till then because the risk of them getting sick is too great. You are welcome to come by and meet them as long as you aren't sick. Because these guys were preemies, they missed a lot of the immunity build up in the third trimester. They pretty much just sleep at this point but we think they are the cutest little guys and we like to just look at them. Well Sienna likes to look at them, yell "Hold it!" and then try to scoop them up. We try to protect them as best we can.

Meeting Their Fans
The boys have been busy eating, sleeping and meeting lots of people who love them and have been praying for them!
My best friend from middle school, Julie, brought us dinner and hung out with the boys. I love how our journey with them has brought many special people back into my life.
Uncle Jordan and Auntie Beth were excited to have boy cousins for their boys to grow up with!
Our awesome neighbors, Stu & Rachel, came down to meet the boys. They were our people to call if we had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night. Rachel was sad when I went in the hospital that there would be no middle of the night phone call. Rachel fed her first baby that night...
...and came back the next day to do it again! Thanks for all your help Rachel!
Brent & Jenn stopped by to see the boys. Jenn wouldn't hold both of them at the same time so its just her and Rhys in this picture.

it's hardly hibernating when you have a fan club! good call on laying low. :)
Sienna... that child cracks me up, even through blog-world.
Love all the pictures!
You are so sweet!!! I made your blog I feel famous! I love you and can't wait to hold those boys again!!!
Ok, I just have to comment. It's Erin (Matthews) Barton and it has been amazing to read your blog. I'm a nurse in Charleston for the wee little ones and it has been so great to hear your perspective. I've loved seeing and catching up on your cute little family! Also, crazy to see Julie on you blog..so fun! Also, I went to nursing school with Tyner...crazy! Anyway, so great to see God's blessing and promises fulfilled in ya'lls life. Thanks for sharing the blog. Glad everyone is home and doing well.
Erin
Yeah can't wait to come back and hold them some more!

Erin Matthews!! What in the world? I thought you had fallen off the face of the earth. Where have you been the past 6,7 years?? Obviously going to nursing school. Email me so I don't have to have this conversation in blog comments.

Erin Matthews! You'd better answer inthe comments. And you'd better answer in all sound-of-music lyrics. :)
dr. oakes told me you went to nursing school. congrats!
Good idea about hibernating! Be careful about you guys getting sick too! I got a bad sinus infection when Aash was little and she got it from me and was in the NICU again for a week - it was so scary! Preemies seem to get sick a lot! Aash is still pretty sicky - more than a lot of kids.
I love all the pics!!!
I want to be meet them! I'm a fan.
YAY! I am so happy.
